Postpartum Power is the premier postpartum fitness class in Connecticut! We are looking for 12 women for our next session.

If you recently had a baby 👶 and want to SAFELY strengthen your body 💪, this is the program for you!

  • This program is designed for postpartum moms and is lead by our Prenatal/Postnatal Certified Coach! Our Coach is qualified to structure appropriate exercise programs for prenatal and postnatal clients, coach on overall maternity health and is specifically certified to address all things related to postpartum fitness, including: appropriate exercise, determining intensity level, the physiological changes associated with birth through the first 12 months postpartum, and special considerations related to birthing (both c-section and vaginal recoveries).

  • Ask your doctor for their specific recommendations, but the general guideline is 6 weeks postpartum. Our program is run by a Prenatal and Postnatal Certified Coach and follows all safety guidelines as dictated by the ACOG (American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists).

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 10:05–10:50 am (45 minutes).

  • Even more reason to start now! Our workouts are tailored to each mom. We can make them easier or harder depending on your fitness level and where you are in your postpartum journey.

  • Yes! This is designed as a "Mommy and Me" class where your little one can hang out with you while you workout.

  • Babies should be anywhere from 6-8 weeks to 6 months for this program. Beyond that age, we've got a program for that too!

  • Craving a little dedicated Mom time? You can absolutely come solo!

  • After the session ends, you’ll meet with your Coach and discuss the training solutions that will meet your needs.

  • That's the beauty of an all-Moms class: we understand blowouts happen, children need to be fed, or held, or talked to. Tend to your little one as needed, and hop right back into the workout! We will support you and your little one however we can.

  • No experience needed! We will teach you everything you need to know to safely workout each class!
